Kennedy Space Center Unveils New $16 Million Entry Plaza

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex recently debuted the first phase of improvements designed to dramatically enhance their visitors’ experience.

The new $16 million entry features a grand plaza and fountain, a retail shop and a restaurant. Customer service additions include ticket stations and self-service kiosks, will call, guest services and information stations. The enhancements are part of a 10-year Master Plan and those who visited during the holiday season were among the very first to experience the new additions.

To celebrate the milestone, The Kennedy Space Center is offering free child admission with each paid adult through January 7th. Be sure to stop in and view the new improvements on your next vacation to the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
