Manually keeping track of something like your vacation history can be cumbersome and, with all the technology we have at our disposal, unnecessary. That’s because when you log onto your member’s-only website, you have access to all of your Global Discovery Vacations Travel History.
Any vacation that is pending, completed or canceled are all found on our website, with a couple other helpful features. Here are some tricks to help you use these handy membership tools:
Click on “Account Info” on the top of GlobalDiscoveryVacations.com and find “Travel History” on the left:
Anything you need to know about your vacation can be found here, whether it is canceled, upcoming or complete. You can even see pending offers from this screen. Basically, if it has a reservation number, it will be found here with the following info:
- Name of Resort
- Travel Date
- Number of Star Credits Used
- Reservation Status
- Week Type (Vacation Week, Expressway or Special Buy)
- Includes Cruise Exchange History
Copy of Reservation Confirmation
One of the best parts about this feature is that you will always have your reservation confirmation handy. You can even print it if you lost your original copy. And we all know how handy this document is.
As many of you know, we always send out a survey via email after you’ve completed your vacation to get your feedback on the resort and surrounding area. This is how we assess the quality of our resorts and help fix any issues that need to be addressed, which is why we appreciate and consider all of your comments. If you missed the email or put it off for later, you can fill out the survey from this page.
