  1. I really need some help getting started using our new purchase. I want to begin booking but it’s been a while since we purchased and have yet to use it.

I’m a new member and I would like to use the first week of our vacation and I called your customer service and I was connected to the expressway department but all the representatives were busy, I left a message and hoping somebody will call me back today 02/20/13. Pls help me how to use our first week of vacation.

    • Hi, Eva. Our New Member Department was short staffed due to recent severe winter snow storms in our area. Please give them another try today and they will be happy to assist!

  5. Is there a way that I can communicate with Global during the day via email? Haven’t used the system in a while and want to explore using in December and don’t have my member # to sign on. Tough for me to call during the day because of my job.
